Right of Withdrawal

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Please return or hand over the item to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The return deadline is met if the package is sent before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return Conditions

You can return the item if the following conditions are met:

  • In original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or valid order confirmation) is required

Important notes:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but please make sure there are no signs of use (e.g. makeup marks, odors, or damage).

3. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Notify us
Send an email to schwarzfarbweiss@gmail.com to request a return. You may use our withdrawal form (optional). Please include your order number and the email address used for the order.

Step 2: Pack the item
Pack the item securely – preferably in the original packaging – or use another sturdy and protective box to avoid damage during shipping.

Step 3: Ship & pay postage

A return label will only be provided in the case of a faulty or incorrect item. In all other cases, return postage is at your own expense.

Step 4: Keep proof of shipping
Drop off the parcel at a shipping provider of your choice and keep the receipt with the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipping.

4. Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

VAT Note

In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not shown due to small business status (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

Legal Withdrawal Policy (according to § 355 BGB)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a different delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been returned – whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
