We currently ship within the European Union.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.During high order volumes, holidays, or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will inform you by email.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of:

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €100

Shipping within the EU starts at €13.99
Final shipping costs depend on the destination and package weight and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These vary by country and are not included in the total order amount. All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Undeliverable Shipments & Returns
If a package cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events such as severe weather, strikes, customs delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
